I bought the Zapper from Ebay and the delivery office have charged me VAT again.
How can I reclaim the VAT that I already paid
Please note! This only applies if you purchase the product from Ebay
In the EU Ebay charge our customers the appropriate VAT rate at the time of purchase.
On all the deliveries sent from us the VAT code is clearly stated both on the address label and in the bar code.
In rare circumstances the customs miss this information and charge the consumer VAT again.
In this instance the advice would be to accept the parcel and get a detailed receipt for the amount paid, it should be noted that a figure on a piece of paper will not get you the refund.

All you need to do, just ask your buyer to pay for the VAT and receive the item. Also ask him to keep the receipt for the payment and once done, he can reach out to us and we will help him to get the refund for additional VAT.
