What is the proper placement of the contact bands on the wrist?

The placement of the staps is not critical – they can be worn on each wrist or on just one wrist (make sure you are grounded) – as long as the metal plate is in contact with the skin, some users find that the ankle is a more suitable alternative, however be aware that the strap is stretchable to 10cm – users who need a wider fit would be better with the cotton cuff band
Wrist staps are best used on both wrists
Cotton Cuff Bands are also suitable for ankles
